Grey Gray Metal Ring Spoke Vintage Plastic Button 28x32mm

Unusual grey vintage plastic button with metal ring / spoke coming out of the center. This does rotate around the button, but I don't think it's intentional so not really a moveable. This measures 28 x 32mm / 1.1" x 1.26".
