Wow! Amazing transfer portrait on porcelain. Could be the Duchess of Devonshire, who was the great-great-great-grandaunt of Diana, Princess of Wales. I'm not entirely sure, but it looks like some of her portraits. Some glaze crazing, but no chips. I'm unsure of are. Large button measures 44mm / 1.73" in diameter.
