Choose your favorite black and ivory early plastic button. Top left has damage on the front, but I think the back piece might be rubber and that seemed unusual! Middle left has metal setting. Choose top, middle, or bottom and left, center, or right. These measure between 8-37mm / .32" x 1.46".
